When we walked around Portlick on Monday we walked through this gorgeous bluebell wood, it was lovely, and the sun was out (briefly, but it was out). It was a total Kodak moment, so I started getting everyone set up in order to capture a ‘great’ photo of my 4 little lovelies.
I STILL am yet to capture an amazing photo, or as I like to call it, a framer.
Here is how trying to take a group shot in the Clev family goes….
Luis, Maxi and Amelie know the drill – once the camera is out, they get into position and pose….
See? perfect smiles, everyone cheesing, 2 out of 4 looking at the camera. Vivi clearly does not get it yet…..
“Yes Vivi!!! Look up a bit, Wait Luis here, Maxi and Amelie stop picking flowers”
“Hmmmn, Baby dont eat the flowers, LOOK HERE AT THE CAMERA EVERYONE”
At this point Amelie is getting stroppy because Im trying to tell her to do something, she is clearly thinking ‘Er, no mummy, Ive given you my one smile, and now Im going to sit and pick flowers. And dont you ever even try and give me orders again OK??’
“Luis, Maxi would you just look at me and smile, you are big boys now, I’ll get you a treat if you do’
In the end the above shot was the cutest one from that little session, I kind of like how they are all looking at the baby and that Maxi has his tongue sticking out, its natural at least! haha! I think it works well in black and white too….
The older ones soon got bored and buggered off, so I snapped some of this little darling. She is just at the cutest age, sitting up and into everything. Cute and annoying at the same time. Into everything = more cleaning for mummy!!
Mmmmnnn EAT IT!!!!
Oooooohhhh whats this….
Hey where did you all go, and how can I get up that tree
All in all the black and white one of the 4 of them is the framer, it will be going up on the wall soon enough 🙂
